I would like to request the Shanghai Group Admin access in order to re-organize the group layout and kill spams. The current group layout features the job opening in the center, but I'd like to make it less prominent; instead, we will put group discussion and meetups in the center areas.
I have requested the access from Francis Pilon, manager admin listed on this group. But, he wanted me to send the request to hunvreus. Please see the emails between Francis and me:

I was wondering if we could re-organize Shanghai group page layout to feature meetups more and put job opening to the bottom? I asked Francis Pilon, but he said I should talk to you. Also, can you add me as an admin? I'd like to mute some spams sometimes.

But, I haven't heard back from him.
Therefore, I am asking groups.drupal.org admins to transfer the manager admin to me.
FYI, in the past 6 months, I have organized 5 happy hour events and 1 meetup, and my plan is to do one meetup and one happy hour per month going forward.
