PHP Drupal web developer | JES Search Firm, Inc

This is a Drupal, PHP web developer position with an award-winning team. Our Web developer work with a multi-discipline team to implement Web sites on a variety of platforms, test existing Web designs for usability, and layout effective user interfaces. Duties include architecting and developing Web sites workflows with attention to user experience and usability.

REQUIRED (Key Position Requirements):strong PHP Senior Web Developer with Drupal experience
DURATION: 6 months but could be indefinite. +++++++
LOCATION: Augusta, Ga 1.5 hours east of Atlanta.
Compensation: Rate very competitive!!!!!

• 2-5 years experience in web site development.
• Two or more years functional experience with PHP.
• Basic understanding of SQL preferably in MySQL
• Drupal experience (theming and/or module development, knowledge of FormAPI and hook system)
• Proficient with HTML.
• PGP experience
• Demonstrated understanding of the W3C DOM.
• Understands CSS and how it is used properly with HTML. CSS-based layout knowledge is included.
• Basic understanding of UNIX/Linux.

PREFERRED (Would like to have):

• Good functional knowledge of PERL.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
• JavaScript frameworks, such as JQuery or Prototype.
• Knowledge of coding and template languages other than PHP or Perl
