1. Need to show outstanding skills in web development and past experience in the industry
2. Good Knowledge of PHP, Java Script & JQuery, My SQL/Server Environments, Drupal.
3. Working experience with Views, Panels, CCK a must.
4. At least 5 samples of web project and at least 3 CMS projects
5. 2 Business references
