The purpose of this meeting is exclusively to plan our budgetary needs for DrupalCamp 10, which we are close to resolving will be on December 10th, 2011 at a venue to be announced shortly pending final negotiations with them.
This is a critical meeting for organizers to attend. Prior to coming, please carefully review the following spreadsheet link prepared by Rich then 'sanitized' by Thomas to redact private information.
Additionally, there are planning documents that give us a good idea of what costs are per person on things like food and drink, so lets not recreate the wheel on this. I believe that Lippe has created such a planning document (or has obtained one from the community), so we'll want to post that in advance to save us 'analysis paralysis' time when meeting up.

Once we estimate our rough costs in total for the next camp, we will also make decisions about what the cost per person will be for attendance, along with what our overall sponsorship needs are for the camp.
