Contractor - social network | Society for Human Resource Management - SHRM

I'm looking for a Drupal contractor to help our Scrum team finish a phase one of our social networking project. We need a little help making it actually “work.” We can provide the developer with a list of all the modules we would like to use and styling templates. Some modules we’ll be using include: Buddylist2, blog, 5 star, forums and file upload. The catch is that we need it done by the end of the year.

The process would work something like this: We could provide the developer with a user story and ask that they make a fixed bid on that part of the project.

Additionally we would like to build a relationship with a developer(s) to build out the rest of the project. As the project stands now we have about seven phases and this promises to be an ongoing project for years to come. I have attached two screen shots (social calendar and friend finder using social distance) that some of the custom development that will be required in the later phases.

Our offices are located in Old Town Alexandria but we are open to remote workers as long as the deliverables are met.
