I am looking for a drupal developer to help in the follwing

1) Ability for a particular role of users to be able to sell tickets from the site easily.
There needs to be a Good integration with the exisintg nodes on the site so that if we need to associate a product to a particular node it can be done quite easily.
The system will have to handle payment in indian rupees

2) Integrate one of the location modules so that
a) when creating a node, User is able to search for a location and if a match is found the location is updated on a map as well as correct address gets auto populated
b) When user submits the content, if those areas already exist then do nothing with the taxonomy else if content in a new locality has been added then update taxonomy with the locality in a relationship kind of manner
c) Display appropriate map for node/taxonomy view
d) views support
e) search within a radius functionality

gcg, gmaps, gmap, location etc each have parts of these functionalities implemented but none which can offer the complete thing I am looking for
