Drupal support services | CPAG

I'm hoping to implement Drupal in a non-profit organisation here in London, to:

• replace the existing website
• provide intranet facilities
• provide editorial management

The major stumbling point is that our internal IT resources are limited. This has two implications:

• I need to be able to call on someone when I get beyond my knowledge or need some PHP customisation
• In case I fall under a bus, the organisation needs to be able to turn to someone else to support the system during a transition period

I'm therefore looking for a support resource service. No commitment, as the system hasn't been approved for implementation – but I need to find out what's available in order to take this project farther.
