this is a job-contract post for people in Belgium or The Netherlands (close to the client). You must speak Dutch to communicate with the client.
My company Morningtime services a marketing firm in Belgium with several Drupal projects. I am looking for a freelance help to take over the workload. The work is infrequent and a long-term relationship is required.
Overview of the client's projects and to-do list:
1. A multi-lingual Education website (3 languages, 1 Drupal 6 core + Domain Access + i18n)
- 2 languages are finished (Dutch and French)
- English is the 3rd language, which needs a new design
- the English site needs to be fully setup (using Domain Access and i18n);
- the English site needs a new Drupal theme;
- you need to support the client's web team, help them translate the site into English;
2. Maintain the client's corporate site
- The client has a Drupal 6 corporate site with 4 languages (i18n and Domain Access, 1 D6 core)
3. Maintain several HTML and Flash websites
- in the future, the client may want to move these to Drupal (maybe in 2012, if we can convince the client);
4. Maintain newsletter system
- the client works with Interspire Email Marketer;
- you need to integrate the subscription lists with several of their sites (Drupal and others);
- sometimes the client needs another Newsletter template: design, create
5. General support
- the client needs "general web support": you fix issues for them, or advise them;
6. Work together with designer
- the client works with a talented designer, you will probably work together on certain projects;
7. Manage web servers and hosting
- the client has two Plesk-based hosting environments for a few sites;
- the client also has separate Windows/ASP servers;
- you will need to advice, help, maintain them for servers/email/hosting issues;

- you speak Dutch fluently, to communicate with the client
- you can do at least 5 out of 7 of above tasks
- you are willing to engage in a long-term relationship (at least 2 years of stand-by)
Honestly, the client's budget is average. This work is perfect for a young web developer, who wants to build a portfolio.
First we will work together, to transfer the knowledge. After that, I will move all responsibility over to you. You can take over this client eventually.
