1. The site is using Ubercart, and affiliate links and cookies will be created with http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/6298
   1. The customer will add the cookie to the browser in one of 2 ways:
      • Primary: They will click a link from the non-profit organization website to come to the wine site
      • Secondary: They will go to a page on the wine site, then select from a list of non-profit orgs and click their link (I will create this page)
   2. Once the cookie is active, 2 things must happen:
      • This cookie must disable all bulk discounts, which will be created using the UC Discounts module. The suggestion on making this happen is: I imagine you should be able to add a condition in the function that looks for available discounts that simply exits the function if the affiliate cookie has been set.
      • The amount of the affiliate payout must be visible during checkout (like when the order is finalized). The order page will show items in the cart, their prices, then shipping and total, and will also say something like 'Your purchased donated $xx.xx (10%) to (non-profit org)'
   3. Additionally, the site needs one simple Workflow created that I am having trouble doing: When a customer selects two specific states for delivery, shipping is free.
