Product buy out?

I am trying to find a way to make my product have two sale prices, regular selling price and a buy out price. Once the buy out price is purchase the product is then removed from the store..

Is this possible with e-commerce? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not out of the box, but with a small bit of code you could do this. By a small bit of code I mean >100 lines of code.

I am in Drupal 6.x-4.x version but it is still possible in v3.5 under drupal 5.x

Later I will dig in a give you the apis that you can use to do this.
