my 5 cents:

The objective of Drupal meetups is to gather the Drupal community. On the other hand it should also be an opportunity for newbies to get involved. First group has priority but we have to take care of the second group too. (Especially because the Drupal community here has still to grow).

That's why we have a schedule with mixed topics where the "easy" topics should still not be too boring for more experienced drupal users.

if we have lot's of people an option would be to split up in two groups and have sessions in parallel. Let's keep things simple for now and in the future we can improve and "complicate" it.

Majdi, we planned two hours and have already 3 subjects. An hour is definitely too much (also because people might be sleeping after 15 min anyway ;). So each presentation should be around 15 min.

that's a nice idea. we have planned to have some open discussions and/or sessions after presentations. this would fit a nice workshop (session).
Question is if we'll have enough time for everything. In case we don't there will be more meetups coming. This isn't the usual one-time thing. We want to institutionalize this and make it regular.

@issahh, it's up to you now, to plan the time :)

I was talking about the one on building a quick blog site. You know what, I'll take on this one.

This will be a 2 hours event, it will be scheduled as followed:

we will start at 7:00pm sharp!...
7:00 - 7:15 (introduction and ice-breaking)
7:15 - 7:30 (Topic 1 - What is Drupal and it's benefit?)
7:30 - 7:45 (Topic 2 - Accessibility on websites)
7:45 - 8:15 (Coffee Break & snaks)
8:15 - 8:30 There 2 groups: one will go to Topic 3 - Taxonomy menu pages
and another will go to Topic 4 - @majdi Panel page, node and mini panels (or any subject you choose Majdi)
8:30 - 9:00 (@ominds - building a quick blog using Drupal)

By the way we have the rooms but we only have one projector so if anyone from you guys can bring another projector especially for the 8:15-8:30 sessions, we will really appreciate it :)
Of course this schedule is flexible, and we are open to any suggestions :)

Don't worry about our offices, but thank you anyway. We need a second projector (and canvas) if we split up in two groups. So if you can bring one along that would be great.
