inquiry: could we chang the date of the May Meetup?
I am unable to attend the First Thursday of May. There was discussion of possibly moving the meeting and wondering if that would be at all possible. If not, i totally understand.
That would be fine with me
I haven't got a problem with it. What dates had we talked about?
First Tuesday of the month?
There are others that may be interested in the Boise First Thursday events, too. We go every once in a while. Josh suggested maybe the first Tuesday or the third Thursday. Can we do vote casting on the first Tuesday? My vote is yea.

First Tuesday would be great
First Tuesday would be great for me!
Yea
Sounds fine to me, no conflicts here.
Please see post on moving date
I want to be sure we get a complete discussion and look at options. Please see http://groups.drupal.org/node/21029 and vote on the doodle there. Gave it its own header so it doesn't get confused with just the May meeting date.

Drupal Developer Needed
I am currently having a site built but having issues with the developer completing work on time. Any suggestions? I don't want to call them out on this forum because they may be contracting with one of you and I don't want it to get back to them that I'm looking for alternatives. Again, any suggestions?
Poor Time Management
Krojer,
Without knowing all the nitty gritty details of your current arrangement. My suggestion would be to do one, or more, of the following:
A) Let your worker know that your partner/investor/spouse is putting a lot of pressure on you to get the site done. If deadlines are not met in a timely manner, there will be penalties. Remind your worker that your project is top priority.
B) Ask for a weekly report of hours spent (even if your arrangement is per project lump sum). This will enforce continual momentum and provide your worker an opportunity for better discipline.
C) Excuse your worker from the project.
If you are looking for an "alternative" to spearhead your project and get it back on track, please feel free to contact me.
I would be happy to assist you with the development and marketing of your website project.
Thank you,
Nick Pulido
