1. Examine Drupal code and clean up modules to make our sites robust and upgradable.
2. Design new Web 2.0 style themes for Drupal Sites
3. Enable website integration with external applications
4. Setup and work on LAMP systems - local and live web servers.
5. Design new themese from scratch using PHPTemplate, Photoshop and CSS.

SKILLS
1. Advanced knowledge of Drupal and PHP/MySQL/CSS
2. Deep experience in AJAX, JQuery and Javascript
3. Thorough understanding of communication between desktop applications and website
4. Ability to understand and work with various API's (facebook, google, myspace, hi5, etc)
