Seeking Drupal Assassin(s)
Seeking professional experienced web developers (two) who are fluent in all aspects of development, and project management. Candidates must have a solid grasp of PHP 4/5, SQL, CSS, (x)HTML, JS, OOP, and wait for it... Drupal. On the Drupal note, you should be fluent in CCK, views, events, module development, and the forms API with a proven track record in all of these areas.
We are a firm growing like crazy just 25 minutes down valley from Aspen. We have roughly 4-6 months of solid contract work, though we would be quite happy to offer full time positions to the right candidates.
This role is primarily that of development with minimal client interaction for the time being. Though of course, you are a like a swiss army knife, capable of wooing a surly client back into shape should the need arise.
Long range, again, we would like to permanently hire someone.
About us:
We are located in the Aspen valley, close to Snowmass, Aspen, some of the best climbing (Rifle), single track, and fishing around. We currently are carrying a minimum of 30 websites at any one time. Most of us are techies and easy going mountain folk, who climb, snowboard, ski, hike, bike, fish, etc. We work to live here and quality of life is key for this bunch. There are currently 6 full time developers here with a total staff of 20, with sales over 1.5 million/year.

Required skills:
2 years developing in PHP 4/5.
Solid CSS, (x)HTML, XML, JS.
Fluent in SQL, experience in MySQL a must, vast experience in PostGres for major brownie points.
Drupal fluency in: setup, customization, CCK, views, events, OG, module creation, and the forms API.
Solid oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff.
Accountability is key, as is responsiveness.
Flexible, problem solving mindset and approach to challenging problems.
Ability to accurately track, detail, and estimate a given task.
Bonus points:
Managing a variety of projects from A-Z of various magnitudes.
Experience in the vacation vertical.
Experience in MLS systems.
Linux guru.
Compensation:
We are open to contract, or a full time salaried position. Hourly rate, or salary will be based on experience.
