Partner-level Developer (CTO) | Abroad101

We are looking for a Drupal expert (or someone looking to become a Drupal expert) to join our team. This person would have to be knowledgeable or interested in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Drupal, sysadmin work, technology management, etc. This person would also be EXTREMELY SELF MOTIVATED and interested in working in an exciting start-up environment.

We are looking for someone who would start out full-time, working for us. You would do all the development and sysadmin work for the company. (We have creative resources, but you would still be responsible for theming and HTML/CSS work). If everything goes according to plan, you would eventually become a partner, leading the technology efforts at our company, so that I can focus on my other role as CEO.

Your salary will be small for the next 3-6 months, on the order of $2,000/month. You would be compensated heavily with stock options. Eventually, the salary will rise to market rates, along with the other partners.

We work from my home, and you would be expected to meet with us regularly. We will have an office by the end of the year.
