Plan Institute for Caring Citizenship is seeking a junior Web and Graphic Designer to take on a creative production role related to their global online activities.
Excited by advertising campaigns in both function and creativity? Curious about analyzing web metrics for calculating market penetration? Desire your design work to be seen globally? Proud of your immaculate web design and want an audience? Have a competitive edge to stand out among your peers and an interest in managing your work process?

Successful applicants will be processed for an interview that will involve a skill based evaluation and compatibility test. All applicants should submit a resume, digital portfolio, and cover letter as a pdf with appropriate web links to all relevant previous work. Please include references.
Necessary abilities: organization skills, multi-tasking, excellent oral and written communication, working independently, effective time management, working in teams, constructive criticism, meeting production deadlines and meeting quality standards
Skill Requirements:
• Knowledge and demonstrable use of HTML, CSS, XHTML
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Mac, PC, Linux based platforms
• Related Post-Secondary education
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Web and print design experience a must
• Apple OSX
• Working understanding of Drupal a plus
• Some experience with CRM, database marketing, web analytics and direct mail

• Which one is your favourite and why?
Time Commitment: Ongoing contract 20 hours a month
