I appreciate your efforts in getting the word out and building support around your Drupalcon Paris proposal. However to reduce confusion in the community I am asking you to please rename the account and properly label the fact that this is a proposed location. Please keep this request in mind when blogging, advertising, twittering or the like.

Many people are not aware of the selection process and many others do not read or follow Drupal.org thus they only have the name to go by. I have asked the same of Drupalcon Masstricht (http://twitter.com/dcm09)

Thank you for your cooperation.

Done, the name has been changed, the bio completed and a tweet says clearly that both cities are competing together.

fyi: we were careful not to engage an active chase of followers and restricted the communication to this group.

I'm sure you will enjoy your reading and see that the Paris' proposal offers at the same time :
-Opening to users from business, Media, NGO or public-owned background
- Community effort to get every small Drupal Shops or Individual Consultants involved in this event.

You will be given access to the drupalcon account. If there are few things that you would like to twitter now it can be arranged with the D.C crew.
