I have a full time/ great drupal opportunity and I am having trouble locating someone who is interested in full time work in the NYC.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Passion for drupal (at least version 5 or higher)
2. Has LAMP and Advanced PHP experience
3. System Architecture experience
4. Working in a relatively small environment (and small team) for well known company with high visibility sites.
5. Very technical position but will have some leadership responsibilites (making sure the team is on the right track, project is going well, etc)
