We're looking for a graphic designer who is familiar with the Drupal themeing system, proficient with css and HTML, and who has an excellent eye for graphic design.

Our company specializes in building websites for unions and union-friendly organizations. Launched in mid-2006, we've built well over 100 Drupal websites for various clients of varying size. We're looking to take our product line to the next level and need someone who can help get us there with eye-catching, professional quality graphics and themes.

The work is steady, with about 10 to 30 hours of billable graphic work per week, depending on the workload. We need someone who would be a good match. Here's what we're looking for (aside from excellent design skills):

• Someone who can devote a set number of hours per week to us.
• Someone who gets the labor movement and social justice causes, or at least can empathize with labor unions and workers.
• Someone who will be happy exchanging typical freelance rates ($60 to $120/hour) for a decent, but somewhat lower rate for work that is more steady over a long period.
• Someone who is interested in helping build Prometheus Labor Communications into something great, with the understanding they will be rewarded for our success.
