The Information Technology Department at Lane Community College is looking to hire a Web Developer Assistant. This is a part-time hourly position, work hours variable depending on department needs, up to 1039 hours in one 12-month period, but may work up to 40 hours per week for six months. The position purpose is to assist the web development team in a variety of projects primarily focusing on moving web content from existing department pages into a Drupal powered content management system.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associates or certification in a computer related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with web and graphical software.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: CMS experience (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress), Familiarity with web programming, HTML or CSS.
