Hey LA and San Diego DUG, am conducting training in D.C. and wanted to give you a heads up if you are going to attend Drupalcon next week. It has been sunny, yet the wind is making it extremely cold. Bring layers and don't forget your cap and gloves. I am staying at the Holiday Inn Express (which I usually consider trashy) on Bladensburg in NE DC and would recommend it. They provide a free shuttle to the convention center and just about anywhere in a five mile radius. I purchased my room on Priceline for under $100. If you are going to take a tour, consider the Double Decker tour for hop-on-and-off at the best price. Hope this info is helpful.
