Time for the March Cindug meeting. We've changed the timing to the first Wednesday of the month, to space things out from the local PHP group, OINK-PUG - they meet on the third Thursday.

We are slowly forming a regular agenda for the meetings. Our tentative plan is to have general discussion during the first hour, and then a slightly more formalized presentation or a series of 5 minute lightning presentations in the second hour.
