Drupal Developer Needed

Hi,

I need a Drupal developer for two projects:
1) A small personal project to create a collaborative environment for myself and a few others.
2) To set up the a similar collaboration environment for a small company of 30.

I have the spec for #1 and am looking to complete it ASAP.
