You know your way around Drupal because you've been developing in it for 2+ years
Things like installing Drupal 6 on a LAMP server is child's play for you (Extra credit if you use Drush)
You've got 3+ years of PHP or other significant programming experience
Like Drupal, you're always evolving so delving into new Drupal modules and features is routine
Bonus points if you've conquered Drupal mastery programs like Certified to Rock, Drupal Guilds, and Lullabot
