A friend recommended you drupal developers for your incredible wisdom and saavy, and ability to create. I am hoping you can deliver!

I am looking for someone, preferably in Seattle,WA or close to the area, to create an online multiple choice quiz that can be completed by various users who are playing against one another and using multiple devices/platforms to reach the quiz, ie via iPhone, Blackberry, dedicated website, Facebook, widget, etc. Scoring and ranking functions are a must, as well as the ability to track a quiz taker's location. Other bells and whistles are being considered.
