I wanted to get a more detailed agenda to everyone for the Distro Summit we are holding in San Diego on January 25th. It will proceed SANDcamp and be held at the Omni Hotel. We will have lunch and evening cocktails provided. I spent some time with Angie this week and we feel there is great value in addressing both the business model/needs of the distro community and also the technical requirements/optimization. We want as much participation as possible but recognize at some point digging too deeply, those topics will diverge in content. Once again, we want as much participation as possible so will have both a joint session in the morning with breakouts in the afternoon for business and technical tracks. Please email me with confirmation you will be attending so I can finalize the agenda. The Summit goals:
- Raise community awareness of available distros
- Understand distro targets, strategy, roadmap and opportunities
- Identify collaborative opportunities to support each other
- Leveraging distros for greater Drupal penetration

- Distro deep dive presentations (awaiting final list of attendees for order and timing)

This is a great opportunity for the Drupal expansion with more Distro success. I am really appreciative of the support from the SANDcamp folks and community. We have some established goals but our mutual hope is to far surpass this and see the impact going forward with Drupal Distributions.
