Seeking Drupal theme expert -- and we're very serious about the expert part -- to work full-time in our offices in Plymouth, MA.
Qualified candidates:
are Drupal 6 and 7 theme experts -- can build a theme from scratch from Photoshop files and diagnose and fix any sort of theme-related issue,
are absolute masters with CSS, HTML, JQuery, etc. and can consistently position by pixel across any browsers on any platforms,
are familiar with accessibility guidelines,
have a great, can-do attitude and work well under pressure.
You would be unqualified if:
you do not live within commuting distance of Plymouth, since this is an onsite, full-time position,
you are prone to personality problems (e.g., into drama, personal attacks, gossip, etc.),
you are slow, don't pay attention to detail, cannot follow instructions properly, cannot write decent documentation and/or generally think your way is the only valid one,
you would not pass a CORI check a criminal background check and/or have extremely poor credit. While we do not check these things, some of our clients do.
If you do not possess all the requisite skills in abundant measure, are unqualified, a recruiter, an offshore developer or are just kicking tires, please do not waste your time or ours by responding. It's bad for your karma.

A bit more about us:
We are a healthy, rapidly-growing development firm that has clients like MIT, Harvard, (large bank we can't mention), Berklee College of Music, NEFA, as well as myriad startups, small companies, etc.
You would be part of a small team (you would be the 3rd full-time employee, along with 3 part-timers). We have several strong developers in-house to take care of module coding, theme hooks and other heavy lifting. You would be focused on theme development, modifications, working with developers, etc.
Flexible hours and never the same project twice. We work with some of the most talented design firms in the Northeast to take their design visions and make them into some really incredible Drupal sites.
We will be offering health care benefits starting calendar year 2012 and are open to creative compensation in the form of profit sharing, equity, etc, for the right candidate.
