Nabuur.com is an online volunteering platform that links Neighbours (online volunteers) with Villages (local communities) in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Connected through Nabuur.com, Neighbours and local communities learn about each other, share ideas and find solutions to local issues.
Over the last years the concept of online volunteers helping communities in developing countries has been proven. Based on these experiences a NABUUR 2.0 site was developed using Drupal 5. Still, the platform is continuously developing and there are a lot of functionality requests.

The development of the NABUUR site is ongoing. We're working to develop the website to be even greater - join us, what ever you can offer (ideas, documentation, code...)
What is needed?
An issue tracker containing bugs that need to be fixed, functionality requests and future plans is available at http://svn.nabuurtest.com/trac. Here you can also find a wiki containing the documentation of the site
How do I get started?
