Startup Partner | Akonomi

We are looking for a third partner for our startup. The company is called "Akonomi" and is a social network type site for businesses, B2B. This is not a Facebook or Myspace clone. We have a unique design done and ready to go, as well as a business plan, and have laid out our "freemium" strategy for launch and beyond.

What we are looking for is a developer to build the back end of the site, and come on as our CTO for now and the future. Our strengths are on the business and communication sides of things (combined we hold an MBA and an Honours Degree in Communication Studies) but we lack the developing skills.

At this time there is no revenue and therefore no monetary compensation. However we are offering a large and fair portion of the company, and in the future monetary compensation will of course be added. This is why at this time the job is part-time.

We would prefer someone local who we can meet with to discuss the project, however we are somewhat open to telecommuting if it's the right partner.
