This position is mainly for our client in the Flatiron District, but will lead to other projects. The client is a very small yet fast moving startup that has created a web and mobile applications that “game-ifies” political campaigns. They have no internal Drupal expertise and need a go-to person to answer all of their questions and help them build out features. This position would be in their relaxed yet productive office loft. In the future, home office work is possible, but with this client, they need someone to help them learn as they build.
Requirements
- 4+ years PHP Programming, or equivalent demonstrable skills
- 3+ years of Drupal, or equivalent demonstrable skills
- Custom module development skills.
- Theme building development skills.
- Site building skills. Understands the ecosystem of Drupal.
- The ability to post an issue and make a patch.
- Community Involvement. Can make an exception for an exceptional programmer, given they are willing to get involved.
- Experience developing sites with:
- Drupal 7
- Organic Groups/Spaces
- Features
- Services/Views Datasource
