-More than 3 years experience in drupal, php, mysql, html, css, ajax, jquery
-creating custom duapal modules
-Modifying existing modules
-Drupal theming
-Basic drupal web site design
-Ability to do work without supervision
-Ability to do a project/site from start to end
-must have done or have knowledge of creating web applications with facebook api, twitter api
