Data Driven Project

Dear Friends,

I am working on the development of a tool which would be an SMS based utility wherein the end user will be getting response basis the keyword and the profile of the end user. The application will have infinite keywords and the process of decision making as to which SMS to send / when to send will be done at backend. Can anyone help me as to how we can use drupal for the same, as the user interface, administration and other features of drupal are so good that if a module for above requirement can be built than the application would have great many utilities.
