Description:
We are looking for an experienced Web Manager / Webmaster / Developer to join the our clients marketing team and manage the launch of our new International Websites, mobile websites and for ongoing web development and project management. As the Web Manager / Webmaster / Developer you will:
Manage/provide the development and maintenance for the websites, mobile sites, mobile apps and intranet.
Managing user credentials and logins
Build new pages in the Drupal CMS system
Make Changes to the Drupal Code in the back end to adjust theme and functionality if necessary, adding in modules if necessary, maintaining websites, providing custom workflows, and configure out-of-box web parts (e.g., blog, community, forms as necessary) working with IT and development resources/vendor if necessary
Act as primary Drupal expert within the company. Maintain a corporate knowledgebase of Drupal around issue resolution, module development, training etc.
Perform (and develop where required) system reporting (e.g., access auditing, usage and analytics, content aging and expiry reports)
Design and build emails in Eloqua system with development of matching landing pages and forms in Drupal as necessary
Monitor, advise on and implement search engine optimization
Monitor, advise on Google Analytics tracking and provide reporting / recommendations as requested
Manage internal and external web developers, vendors and agencies.. Includes managing code updates through development, staging and production release process
Required Skills:
A minimum of 2 years experience in Drupal. Experience in Mambo, Share Point or other CMS system a plus
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
Some SEO knowledge / experience desired
Minimum 6 months experience building Drupal (preferred) or SharePoint (will consider) workflows, master page layouts, themes, site collections, and custom web parts
BSCS or similar preferred
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in current and emerging web technologies and standard design software packages (i.e. CMS, HTML, PHP, Photoshop/fireworks)
Proficiency with source control tools like SVN and git
Experience with debugging web site performance and compliance using tools like yslow
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
