Kalkion A Science Fiction Site Running on Drupal
Hi!
I am glad to share with you all that we recently launched a science fiction site http://kalkion.com which runs fully on GLAMP server and is powered by Drupal. I trust this is the first science fiction site running on powerful drupal. We tested Joomla, Wordpress and many more, only Drupal came out as winner. Thanks Drupal for enabling us in achieving our dream and goal.

Module to change image
Hi, I´m wondering if you could tell me which module was used to have this image and teaser changed in the front page.

Thanks. We used Views Slideshow to change images in the slide show. Soon we will releasing full documentation of the implementation in Drupal.
The modules critical to us were:
View
Views Slideshows
Taxanomy
Text Size
Adsense Injector
However FCKedtor, which we used proved to be a bit troubling. It doesn't work with Imagecache and Teaser Thumbnail module. Also if you select pagination then Teaser won't work and vice verse. But we are managing.

Ya we used a 'Free Theme' and customised it. You may not belive, but the guy who did it is completely non technical. I guess that is the power of Freedom Software -- every one is contributor.
Drupal just rocks.
