Adding additional Topic Regions

How do I add additional topic regions? I added the Taxonomy, but I cannot find the correlation between the Topic Region and the Page. How do I do this? I would like to add additional regions below the content that comes with the package.

Adding new regions is unfortunately a bit of a hassle in NodeStream 1, but it could be done:

  • Create your term in the region vocabulary
  • Go into /admin/build/pages and edit the term_view page. It is a good idea to clone the original page, so you have a working reference point.
  • You see a number of panes called "Topic page". Click on the wheel in one of the column and click "Add content"
  • Under "Views panes" , there should be a pane called "Topic page". Click on that.
  • Enter the ID of the term you created earlier in the "Region" field.

You can optionally select which fields you want to show as well. After that you should be good to go.

How about in Nodestream in Drupal 7?? How do i show the regions...
