Joining by Skype

I'd like to join these BoFs by Skype. if someone at either of the BoFs would be willing to Skype me in I'd appreciate it. Can you please confirm the times in Eastern.

Hi Everett, I'll be attending both and I'm glad to Skype you in. Both BoFs are tomorrow (Wednesday) and the times listed are in Mountain Daylight Time (which is 2 hours earlier than Eastern).

So the times are:
Acccessibility BoF - Wednesday at 5pm (7pm EDT)
Designing for Accessibility BoF - Wednesday at 1pm (3pm EDT)

Does anyone joining on Skype have ability, or willingness, to record the 2 BoF sessions? I intended to join via Skype both sessions but most likely will not be available.

Annette, I do have screen recording software, so I can try to capture video and audio from both events. But I can't guarantee it will work well. I'll do what I can.

Unfortunately, the screen recording did not work for the 1pm BoF (Designing for Accessibility). A few people were able to join remotely by Skype, but due to my mistake the screen capture did not save.

I'll try again at the 5pm Accessibility BoF--we will also ask for a volunteer to take notes at that BoF and post them.

Yes, I believe I can share my video and audio with multiple parties at once. So if you find me on Skype a few minutes before the sessions start, I can add you in.

They just let you figure out where to go.

If nobody shows, head over to the higher ed BoF in 206.
