Required skills include strong backend development skills and complex program design in the following areas:
Senior level PHP skills
Mid or Senior level Drupal experience
Strong MVC and Object Oriented Design background
Some Experience with Ruby on Rails or Excited to learn
Ability to be flexible when it comes to methodology- our client uses Agile, Waterfall and more. Being a staunch advocate of one philosophy won't work.
Must play nice with others- ideally you're even gregarious and would enjoy presenting your ideas to the team
