Theme design for drupal-translation.com | OnTheGoSystems

We need a new theme for our site http://drupal-translation.com.

The site is a resource for creating multilingual Drupal sites. Right now, it's using a free (temporary) theme that we scratched. We need our own theme which will give the site its personality and help it turn into a high quality resource for Drupal developers.

We would need to see previous examples of your design work, showing both aesthetic design and Drupal skills.

Basic design requirements:

• Drop down top tabs
• Include spaces for all the elements that are now in the site.
• Design for the front page, internal pages, books, blog and blog posts.
• All texts in the theme must be localization ready (wrapped in gettext calls. We would need to get the .po file for localizing the theme (which we will translate ourselves).
• 100% compliant HTML (strict)

How we would like to work:

• We would need to see preliminary design drafts (can be as JPEG images), and then, the Drupal theme.
• All development must be done on your own server, where we can see the work and comment on it.
• We pay with PayPal. We'll be happy to pay an initial payment when the work starts and then partial payments as it progresses.
