I was shown a bit of software the other day called Artiseer (http://www.artisteer.com) and thought it was worth sharing with the group as it might be of great assistance to a number of people. It's a (windows based) tool which allows you to generate good looking Drupal themes by clicking buttons (colour schemes, pictures, layouts, page styles, buttons etc). Its fantastic for people such as myself who are absolutely hopeless at doing the graphical side of site development. So far I've only played with it and not done anything production worthy but it looks promising. It is reviewed at http://drupal.org/node/402772.
