developer/designer | Looking for a freelance good developper/designer

I have to build a website similar in some sense to www.arclinea.com for a client. I know my way around with drupal. I have a lot of project that why I want to outsource some of them. This project is for a luxury kitchen company. the website need to portrait:

simplicity
good visual
good usability (user interface)

basically real estate developer will come to the site view the kitchen , when they click on a particular kitchen . it open a page for that kitchen and it info example: video, image and written words

I already know what module to use for the visual. lightbox + cck + imagefield +panels + views

what I need right now is mostly someone that can design a good theme or modify one to fit our needs.
