Drupal Guru/Team Lead Needed for to Push Limits of Drupal | RealCME, Inc.

We are developing an innovative educational platform using Drupal (along with a few other Open Source applications) and need a technical project manager/senior developer to continue to drive the expansion of our business. This role bridges the gap from customer requirements over specification development and project management to actual implementation. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced start-up and go beyond simply creating web-sites and really push the limits of using web-technologies for a SaaS offering.

Required Background:
Project Management Experience
Specification Development
Comfortable in front of Customers
HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
JQuery, AJAX, or JSON
Development for Linux/Apache/PHP
Development of database driven applications

Nice to Have Background:
Development for/with Drupal, Drupal Modules
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
PostgreSQL
Linux adminstration (preferably RHEL 5)
Security czar
SEO techniques and search engine marketing
Reporting (Business Objects, Jasper, etc.)
Development of Social Networking sites
Continued Medical Education
Online education
SCORM
Layout and design capabilities
