Help setting up Drupal using MAMP in CT
Hiya
I really want to start using and learning Drupal. Is there anyone in CT who is willing to meet me for an hour or so to help me get started?
I think it would be cool since I am on mac and dont have a server to use MAMP, not sure?

Hi Tyrone
You dont need a server to use MAMP... MAMP is your local server...
Basically you install MAMP on your mac and then you can work on your Drupal site as if it was on a remote server but with no need to even be connected to the internet
