We are establishing new software development unit in Beijing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled:
Project Manager / Senior Web Developer

Desirable personal qualities:
• Strong personal interest in web development and its current trends (web 2.0, rich internet applications, Search Engine Optimization, User analysis, Opensource solutions, etc.)
• Pro-active in problem-solving, shares information by nature and does not hesitate to ask for help when needed.
• Sufficient practical experience, know-how and will to complete online development tasks by him/herself.
• Ability to take the lead and maintain a results oriented attitude while handling multiple projects and tasks.
• Reliable and responsible with very good time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in written & spoken English.
• Ablility to travel abroad as needed.

Responsibilities & deliverables:
• Responsible for the development and delivery of web development projects.
• Requirement scoping and effort estimation for projects.
• Plan and control project as per budget and quality targets.
• Execute and develop projects in line with predetermined budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in projects of other work teams.
• Ensure regular reporting on project status to stakeholders.
• Release of deliverables, documentation included, to internal and/or external customer.

Professional requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in project/team management, leading a team of 4-10 members.
• 3-5 years' experience in web development.
• Strong experience and personal know-how in LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) development.
• Extensive experience in developing large scale web applications.
• Drupal-CMS (www.drupal.org) experience highly desirable.
• Rich Internet Application (especially Flash) experience highly desirable.
• Java and mobile application development experience desirable.
• Work experience with virtual/remote teams highly desirable.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
