Drupal Developer | Content Creators

We're looking for a talented Drupal developer for a blog web site that will be a hub for a community in South Florida. I represent a group of very talented, experienced writers, photographers and videographers looking for a Drupal developer in South Florida (spanning Miami to West Palm Beach.) At this point, we're looking for a developer for a single web site, but we certainly want a long term relationship that may lead to more work with a focus on new, online communities and social networks.
While I understand most of this can be done through telecommuting, this team will want some face-to-face contact, and we think some knowledge of South Florida and its communities is a necessity.
We are primarily end-users who will be responsible for the content that will be uploaded on these sites, daily, weekly, monthly etc. What I need is a person who can work with the team on a contract basis, listen to features we’re looking for, design them and get them up and running fairly quickly. We’re not looking for anything particularly elaborate, but clean and functional. Though we appreciate and urge creativity.
