Drupal web programer | Temple Reef

Looking for a Drupal web programmer that has a love for the reef aquarium hobby. I have a dedicated web designer and need a programmer to assist in developing a unique reef hobbyist website (not a chat board). A non-compete/disclosure agree with be requested before discussing the project details. This project is on a casual line with an estimated release date in 01/13. Compensation will be provided in partial ownership. This is a project for someone that is a true reef aquarium enthusiast. The site is estimated to generate a reasonable profit return. The team will meet in person very infrequently (western Chicago suburbs), otherwise coordination and planning will be done via web conferencing.
