Strong knowledge of Drupal modules and ability to evaluate best modules

Ability to manipulate or build modules

CSS and Javascript experience

2 years experience installing, configuring Drupal websites

We're a small start up who recently hired a firm to create a website for us in Drupal 6.0. The designer finished the project but we still need some work done, probably about 16 hours configuring existing modules, some CSS and then maybe 10 hours a month for a few months.
