Job title: Front-End UI Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Digett has an immediate opening for a well-rounded Front-End UI Developer to help us deliver innovative and effective web marketing solutions to clients.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
—Build and configure Drupal websites (select and configure contributed modules)
—Produce standards-compliant Drupal themes (HTML, CSS, javascript/jQuery, some PHP) based on PSDs
—Accurately estimate time needed for completion of tasks
—Collaborate with designers, producers, and other team members—as well as with clients— to produce the best solutions
—Thorough testing of all development projects
—Support existing client websites (including new feature architecture and implementation, performing updates to Drupal code base, etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
—Strong command of HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery (HTML5 and CSS3 experience prefered)
—Intermediate PHP and/or Drupal experience
—Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
—Self-motivated and ability to work independently
—Handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
—Collaboration skills, taking direction, and working with others
—Initiative to learn and desire to develop and deepen skills
—English proficiency

—Special consideration for those who demonstrate:
—Expert knowledge of and experience with Drupal, the Drupal API, and custom module development
—Experience implementing device-agnostic themes
—Active participation in the Drupal development community
—Experience integrating third-party services into websites (using APIs, OAuth, Web Services, content feeds, etc.)
