Our company is not actually called "Secret Drupal Shop". We're having a great turn out remaining anonymous while looking for more awesome consultants.

A completely virtual USA based company is looking globally for new people to join our team. We're looking for real Drupal project experience. We'll pay competitive hourly rates. We're not recruiters. Our team works on projects directly. Needed are consultants who can meet deadlines and have great communication skills -- written as well as verbal. We have our own custom Drupal based project mgmt/time logging solution you must adapt to for team based communication.

We're currently looking to hire one additional rockstar consultant. Hours are part time and flexible schedule available.

Required Skills:
*strong knowledge of Drupal best practices and common modules
*good knowledge of PHP in general
*able to demonstrate knowledge of the Drupal API
*knowledge of features and other methods to package database changes in code
*apache solr search/indexing
*i18n
**If you have other Drupal related skills, we can provide additional work.

If you don't have a degree from an accredited university, don't apply.

If your d.o profile is less than 1 year old, don't apply.

If you don't know how to use version control, don't apply.

If you don't have a stable Internet connection at home, don't apply.

If you don't use Skype/IRC daily, don't apply.

If you can't provide references, don't apply.

If you have never attended a local Drupal user group, you probably shouldn't apply. We're looking for truly dedicated nerds.

Contact us with your resume, skill set, examples of work, hourly rate, and drupal.org profile URL.

As you can probably tell from the format of this email, yes, we have wasted time on many consultants who can't deliver what they say. We're looking for people who have demonstrable experience and the ability to consistently get things done. We don't want to waste time teaching you version control, teach you how to use an IDE, or finish tasks you failed. There is a big gap in someone who "works with Drupal" and a "professional". We don't work on point of presence sites that can get done by slapping a couple basic modules on a site and modifying CSS. We're looking for someone to build an on going relationship, with on going work, from good quality honest people. Let us know if your interested and we can setup a time to talk further.
