Drupal Designer | Alive Resume

I would like to discuss hiring someone to finish my website. Considering this is my first time considering hiring someone, I am sure I will probably not give you all the information you need the first go around (so be kind). If you are interested or want to know more, send me an email please.
This is the information I am sure you will need. (If more is needed – ASK me.)
1- I already have the site set up on APTHosting.com.
2- I already have Drupal 6.12 installed. (URL’s are not clean yet.)
3- I believe I have at least 90% of the modules needed already installed (the main ones are listed)

g. Flashvideo
h. Panels
i. Pathauto
j. Phone
k. Views
l. Zipcode
4- I know I still need the following module
a. Drupal Paypal Subscriptions
5- I may still need other modules that I am unaware of
6- I have created a Zen-Subtheme called Zentami which has only been used to create my home page.
7- I have created several Content Types & Fields to go with them.

The member pages have the information that I want, but the view is not like I want it. I wish to have a website where my members can upload videos that can be seen by others. The members may also upload other files that can be downloaded by others. In order to use my site, the members have to be willing to pay a monthly membership fee through PayPal. There are a couple of other things that I would like to have in the website, but I would prefer discussing that outside of this forum.
