Site Developer | Makin' It Magazine

We are looking for a good web development team that can handle both development and design of the site. We wish to have site built on the Drupal 6 framework and to incorporate a clean easy to navigate design with a Web 2.0 feel. Site design should incorporate plenty of room for advertising space (banners, text ads, etc). We wish to implement site in three phases. Our website will consist of four primary areas: Information, Magazine, Community and Members Only.

The Information Section is to serve as a starting point for anyone interested in advertising, sponsoring or working with Makin’ It Magazine. This section will include general information about the company, contact info, career opportunities and details about advertising.

The Magazine Section is where visitors will go to access the digital versions of our publications and additional editorial content including our company blog, news stories, calendar of events, photo galleries, special promotions and online store.

The Community Section will be comprised of our online social network. We are looking to include the standard features such as user profiles, messaging, forums, groups, personal blogs, media galleries (Photos, Music & Videos), User Points, Guest Books, Business Directories and a few unique features such as our project board which will be a simple system that mixes the functionality of a classified system with a freelancing website.

The Members Only Section is a digital repository for exclusive content only accessible by premium members. Content will include FREE Beats, Records, Articles, Videos, Downloads, and Special Promotions.
